The underpass consists of 3 levels. The first level will allow the pass of the new ring while the others two will be the links, in both the directions, with the Tirana-Durres motorway.
The purpose of the project is to “hide” massive concrete infrastructures underground so that they don’t smother the city’s view.
Tirana will have an entrance that will facilitate the road traffic and on the same time will give a new face to the most important area of the capital.
